Bob (owner and operator)

Started tattooing over two decades ago, and was one of the old school artists that were self taught. It was not the easiest way to learn the industry, but was and is the most gratifying. He started tattooing back in Alberta where he lived most of his life.

In the early 90's he was offered a chance to purchase Universal Tattoo where he is presently applying ink with his son, and many other excellent artists. He is proficient with all styles of the tattoo industry, but loves to do Native art which can be modified to suit any personal requirements. He prefers to do realism such as portraits, animals etc. He has always been interested in doing cover-ups, as they are the most difficult to do and he likes a good challenge. He enjoys making people feel better about themselves.

Whenever he's not at the shop you will catch him riding his custom designed Harley built with the help of his friends. He also enjoys boating and working on old cars in his spare time.
